Swim Instructor
Each member of our swim instructor team is knowledgeable and experienced to provide instruction for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Duties Include:

Scheduling and communicating with swim lesson clients

Preparing engaging lesson plans designed to fit each clients' individual needs

Teaching interactive and engaging swim lessons that promote water safety and skill progression

Lifeguard
Each member of our lifeguard team is nationally certified in lifeguarding, CPR, AED and first aid and is trained to the highest standards of the American Red Cross.
Duties Include:

Facility opening and closing duties
-
Deck cleaning, restocking, trash removal and hourly chemical checks and headcounts
-
Enforcing all facility and safety rules and providing constant patron surveillance

Providing care and responding to all emergency situations

Reporting of any safety or facility issues

If you are applying for a lifeguard position, and you are not currently certified as a lifeguard, please email Marcus Litz at mlitz@cwaquatics.com for information on upcoming classes.
After you successfully complete the Lifeguard Certification Course, the last step in the hiring process will be to complete a background check and attend a new hire orientation. Information on next steps will be given to applicants upon completion of the Lifeguard Certification Course.
